Do you think the 'bomb the lot of them' mentality is usually the best strategy to take?
My commanding officer (I'm 13, he is 15) has decided that he wants us to water bomb (school war games) two of our rival gangs which are of equal strength (and there has always appeared to be a certain level of amity between them). He even wants to sever our ties with the Mexican Mafia and the Pan-African groups of school kids, who we have always relied upon to supply us with ammunition. Has he gone mad with power, should we arrange a coup (there are only 5 of us, and he appears to want to turn the whole school against us)?
Yes, it is time to denounce him, and shame him for his poor judgment and lack of leadership.

Strategy for Mafia Wars?
I am level 60, and have a lot of energy, and am ready to start getting my strategy. So far these are a few I thought of:
1. Keep a low attack and high defense...
2. Keep a low defense and high attack...
3. Keep attack and defense very close together...
What else can I do? Thanks for any advice I just need some direction as to where to start placing my stats. 
Depends. If you wanna attack a lot of guys, have your attack very high. But if you don't care that much about winning fights, I suggest you just keep on spending skill points on Energy.
